How’s my check-in going? I may arrive late in the day, is it a problem to register? How and where can I get the keys to the apartment?
We work with theFlorian Hotel. This collaboration allows you to offer a 24-hour reception every day. So you will always find someone to welcome you, advise you and assist you if needed. Our reception is located near our apartments, right in the centre of Cannes at 8 rue du Commandant André. All the formalities of your arrival take place in the same place, at our reception. You can pick up the keys to your apartment, meet our team, make the settlement. In short, your check-in is easy and you have no constraints in relation to your arrival time.
Can I get a cleaning service during my stay?
Concerned about your well-being, our cleaning team cleans your apartment in preparation for your arrival. It is also possible to use their service during your stay for an additional fee.
What time do I have to leave? Where can I drop off the keys to the apartment?
In order to offer our apartments in the best conditions, the apartment must be vacated before 11am on the day of departure. You can drop off the keys at the reception of the Florian Hotel. If you want to enjoy your day in Cannes, a free luggage service is offered at the Florian Hotel, our partner, at 8 street Commandant André in Cannes.
